Yes. Every room in the cattery has an individual outside area for your cat(s).
The cattery supplies all dry food, wet food, and treats. However you are welcome to bring your own.
If your cat is on a special prescription diet from the vet, you will need to bring a supply with you.
We make every effort to ensure that your cat is given the same food that he/she gets at home. This helps them to settle, reduces any risk of upset and also we are happy in the knowledge that we are giving food that we know they enjoy.
There is no discount for owners bringing their own cat food.
We provide all the essential items for your cat to use and so there is no requirement for you to provide anything. However, we do recommend you bring something from home such as extra bedding or a rug or jumper with you as the familiar scents will help your cat to settle.

No. Your cat(s) must be up-to-date with vaccinations with evidence e.g. vaccination card, invoice. This means they have received 2 injections from their Vets.

Based on our experience of caring for outdoor cats who toilet outside we have found that they adapt very quickly to using the cat litter.
We use wood-based litter and many cats adapt easily to this even if they are used to a different litter, or used to only going outside. However, some cats have a strong preference for a particular litter type we can accommodate this with no problem.
We have a high number of customers using our Cattery for the first time - from small kittens to elderly cats and all usually settle very well with the correct care and attention. We also have a high level of returning customers and are frequently recommended by local Veterinary Practices and ‘Word-of-mouth’ recommendations.
We are also very proud of frequently receiving 5* ratings from our customers and always aim for high level of care.
